PI160 - DisplayyPort to DVI Adapter
Conversion from DisplayPort to DVI - no problem with the PI160!
With our DisplayPort (plug) to DVI (socket) adapter a DisplayPort source con be connected to a common DVI cable. Therefore, sources with DisplayPort are effectively extended by a DVI port to connect to DVI-ready screens. Please note, that this adapter does not work bidirectionally, it cannot be used for DVI sources to connect to DisplayPort-ready sinks.

The Latest Generation
Our PureInstall DisplayPort to DVI adapters comply with the latest HDMI standard - HDMI High Speed. They support resolutions up to WUXGA (1920x1200) and are downward compatible with all former DP and DVI versions.

Extended Compatibility
The adapter converts signals from DisplayPort (plug) to HDMI-D (socket) and therefore extends the compatibility of sources with DisplayPort output effectively by a DVI port for DVI-ready screens. The adapter is, however, not bidirectionally (from DVI source to DisplayPort sink) usable!

The highly precise manufactured and custom-fit 24-carat gold-plated pins guarantee a perfect transmission and permanently lasting functionality.

Space-Saving Installation
The product design has been reduced to a significant minimum, allowing for the use of PureInstall adapters in any space. Even if the space offered is limited as it often is when it comes to professional installations. The security aspect, however, is not left out: The DVI plug is of course equipped with the usual screw locks.
